v Cancellation or change of dates confirmed/blocked would constitute a retention charge, as mentioned below: 1. Token advance is non-refundable irrespective of cancellation policy. 2. 100% of the total package if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. 3. 50% of the total package if cancelled between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival. 4. 25% of the total package if cancelled between 45 to 59 days prior to arrival. 5. No retention if cancelled 60 days before arrival.

v The offer is valid for the Client’s name, dates and for the room requirement mentioned above. Balance amount is payable 21 days before check in.
