Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 120 days in advance, no further payment needs to be made by guest; while the advance collected will be considered as retention charges If cancelled 90 days in advance, no further payment needs to be made by guest; while the advance collected will be considered as retention charges If cancelled 60 days in advance, the total package amount will be considered as retention charge.
Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions and other Policy: • Time of Check in is 10 AM and Time of Check –out is 8 AM. Early Check –In & late Check Out is subject to availability & Hotel policy. • The rates mentioned are Nett& non commissionable. & applicable for this function only. • The Resort management will rooms & banquet as per details given above. In case any extra room taken will be charged extra. • Rooming list including guest name & number of pax to be informed to the Resort minimum 48 hrs prior to check in date. • Govt. approved Identity proof is mandatory for every guest at the time of check in. • The Resort will not be responsible for any damage / misplacement of your belongings. • The front office will provide One Key per room. • Welcome music / band like Dhol, Mayara, Ghodi will be allowed only at Porch & parking area, without hampering the movement of other occupants. This will not be allowed inside the Lobby & Lobby area. • No mini bar facility shall be provided. • Any damage to linen / items will be charged on actual. • Flower decoration is not allowed in the room. • Furniture dis-placements will not be allowed. • Any fire rituals will not be allowed inside the banquet hall which will affect the property & the guest. • Lobby, Terrace, Swimming pool, Restaurant, Bar and public areas will not be given on rental. • Swimming costume mandatory for the usage of swimming pool. • Any damage in the Lawn or swimming pool will be chargeable. • We will provide Dental kit & Shaving kit on chargeable basis, if required. • Room cleaning shall be done once in a day in presence of the Guest. • The front office will charge the guest if the room key / card is lost. • Gutka, Pan, Tobacco is not allowed in the rooms & public areas of the Resort. • Fireworks will be allowed at a designated area, as deemed fit by the management. • Any kind of stickers should not be pasted on the door of the room. • We will require Govt. permissions like PPL / IPRS license one day prior for DJ / Music / Dance performance, & will be allowed latest up to 11PM, as per police Permission. • The Venue rental does not include any Cutleries / Crockery’s / Glassware / Hollowware / Linen / Tables & Chairs. • Declaration of vehicle details mandatory for the guest. • All loading & unloading of materials / items to be done at a designated place as deemed fit by the management. • The rights of admission are upon the sole discretion of the management.
