 All Non-guaranteed reservations will automatically be released at 1800 hours (local time) on the day of arrival.  All guaranteed reservations not cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival / No Show on the same day of check-in will attract a retention charge equivalent to one night's room tariff.

C) After check-in, no changes will be accepted.  Any modification to a reservation is subject to hotel's availability and any change in dates may result in rate change.  Rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on exchange rate used by hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Please note applicable Government taxes are subject to change without prior notice.  In the event of guests who cannot be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or any unforeseen circumstances, the hotel will attempt to accommodate the guests at a comparable hotel for the unavailable night(s).  For Security purpose guests must provide Government issued photo ID at check-in.  All rooms are Non-Smoking; designated areas are available at some floors and Lobby levels for smoking. Please note there is a penalty of INR 5,000+ taxes, in-case a guest is found smoking in the hotel guestrooms.

Payment in full must be received prior to guest’s arrival, in cash, Telegraphic transfer or by Bank Draft, unless separate written credit arrangement have been agreed by both the parties. Payment by credit card is acceptable. In case of credit granted, payment must be settled within 15 days from the receipt of the invoice. Failure to comply with the procedure may result in this contract being cancelled.
